At Creepers Socks, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your socks are unworn and in their original packaging, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your socks.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the original tags and packaging are included to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new performance socks within 5-7 business days.
